We got 'em to the left of us and to the right of us. Real close, even though we've got a lot of property. Our land runs longwise, so we're physically close to the neighbors.
Living out here in the sticks, we still have issues. We had them today. 'Nuf said!
Just needed to rant today.
Take care. Hope your day was happy!

*UGH!*
ReplyDeleteI have neighbours on both sides of me who call me " bleeping mad" for trying to go green in my home and garden and grow my own fruit and veges... keep reporting me to Council inspectors and Fire Warden and Health Inspector etc. to make my life miserable.
Hope yours are not quite so bad!
Hello, Helene! Thanks for stopping by again. Yes they are. They know everything but don't know anything. They are also physically dangerous to themselves and the safety of others. This is putting it nicely. It's scary to the point we're thinking of moving.
DeleteActually, I'd like to have a few "bleeping mad" neighbors just like you in their places.
Hi Michelle,
ReplyDeleteI read your link on Tiffany's blog and came to read your post.
The neighborhood is an interesting animal species, can be lovely and helpful and can be envious and the corrupter of our lives, too.
Where I live I tend to be in good relationship with neighbors, despite that I get several enemies, too. About the reason I wrote here:

Michelle, I read that you like the recipes, right? If you're interested, I'll send you some Hungarian recipes I use to cook for fun sometimes.
Awaiting for your kind consent,
Alex
Thanks, Alex. I look forward to your recipes! I would appreciate them very much.
